Ignatius, or Iggy, earned both his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and his master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas, where he is now a second-year doctoral student. Before coming to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK, he trained at the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services at St. Thomas. Iggy enjoys helping students through issues related to anxiety, depression, and identity development. His therapeutic approaches include: person-centered counseling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Outside of work, Iggy enjoys spending time with his family, playing board games with friends, and building Gundams (when he has time).
