Homecoming and Alumni Week is October 6-12. The Student Activities and Leadership and Alumni Relations teams host events for students and alumni to celebrate Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK throughout the week.
On October 10, university archivist Shandi Burrows will host "Pieces of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK: Archival Treasures and Preserving Your Past" in Anderson 111 from 2-4 p.m. Join alumni and friends for a fascinating look at the university's rich history, told through a curated selection of artifacts from the archives. Visitors are welcome to browse the display at their leisure. At 3 p.m., Shandi will give a lecture discussing the featured items, the vital role of a university archives, and how you can preserve your own personal treasures.
The university community is also invited to attend Fall Fest, a family-friendly extravaganza hosted on Old Main Mall on October 11 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The event will have food trucks, a beer garden, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµAPK swag, music, and more.
