Patrick Haught and Cassondra Thornton presented at the 2025 National Orientation Transition and Retention Conference (NODAC) Resource and Research Fair on Student Leadership Selection process (SLS). SLS is a joint hiring process that lets students apply for multiple campus leadership positions at once. This process gives students more opportunities to get involved on Campus. Haught and Thornton shared their insights on how SLS can be adapted at other institutions and its benefits for students and campus offices.
