Workers' compensation

All work-related injuries must be reported within 24 hours to the Benefits Office. To report an injury please complete the . If the employee is unable to complete the Work-related Injury Report form within 24 hours, the supervisor may complete it for the employee. Please see Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK's  and the Minnesota Employer's Compensation System Employment Information Sheet (PDF) for more information. Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK's worker's compensation carrier is Travelers Insurance.
